Founded in 2021 by Rushbond PLC, Civic Quarter is a residential development in Wakefield. It’s looking to transform the city and become a hub of cultural resources and creative activity.

The visual identity, including logotype, typography, colour palette, and graphic language was created to reflect the depth of CQ’s bold new vision, framing culture and creativity as a catalyst to live a better life.

The result has been a flexible brand system that works across multiple formats, and channels with ease.
